Besides splendid panoramas Asolo is full of historical and cultural cues. It's located at the heart of Veneto region with an opportunity to reach numerous artworks scattered throughout its territory: from fortified citadels to cities of art in the region.

Asolo is located 87 km from Eraclea Mare. Proceed the road to Sand Dona di Piave, proceed to Meolo, Treviso, Castelfranco and Rese Pio X.

Favourable location and good climate around Asolo made the town prospering since Roman age, recorded in the notes of Tolomeo e Plinio il Vecchio. Writers, poets and artists from Italy and abroad regularly visit and admire this splendid town: Giosuè Carducci called it “the city of hundred horizons”, Ada Negri, Giorgione, Palladio, Canova, Igor Strawinsky and Eleonora Duse – everyone found in this town peaceful, tranquil and intellectual atmosphere. This town contains medieval elements of architecture, including areas dominated by Rocca and huge sculptures in Monte Ricco. Fascinating streets with porticoes, antique palaces with gothic arcs, all surrounded by neat and well-kept houses.
