Park Hotel Pineta & Dependance Suite is different from the other hotels in Eraclea Mare for its perfect position within a green oasis of 7000 sqm facing the sea, near the centre of Eraclea Mare near Venice.
We offer to our guests different kind of rooms starting from 18 sqm to 60 sqm. Our small resort is divided in 3 parts: the hotel, Dependance Harmony and Dependance Suite.
All guests of the hotel rooms, of the Dependance Harmony rooms and of the Dependance Suite rooms can enjoy the same exclusive services.

The hotel is the principal structure of the small resort, it’s surrounded by a beautiful garden with a hundred pines. We can offer two kind of rooms:
Classic rooms (15-18 sqm, 2-3 people)
Comfortable and elegant rooms with Tv Sat, air conditioning, telephone, air dryier,safe and access with electronic key. All rooms have terraces with table and chairs.
Comfort rooms (20-22 sqm, 2-4 people)
Comfortable and elegant rooms with Tv Sat, air conditioning, telephone, air dryier,safe and access with electronic key. All rooms have corner terraces of 10 sqm with table and chairs.

Dependance
Dependances are located in the sea front, within the same garden of the hotel. They surround the pool and are few metres from the principal structure where we’ll welcome you for breakfast and all meals.
An ideal solution to enjoy the freedom of a perfect apartment, making your stay even better, by day and by night.

Dependace Harmony Tip A ( 32 - 35 sqm, 3-4 people ) Spacious solution for people that need more independence, it is composed by entrance, living room with sofas and refrigerator, one double room, one single room with possibility of bunk bed, two bathrooms. They are functionally furnished with all comforts for a vacation in harmony with nature: air conditioning, safe, Tv Sat LCD, telephone, air dryier and terrace with table and chairs.
Family Harmony Tip B (45 - 50 sqm , 4-5 people)Ideal for families that need more space for adult relax and children freedom, it is composed by living room with sofas, two rooms (without bunk bed), two bathrooms. They are functionally furnished with all comforts for a vacation in harmony with nature: air conditioning, safe, Tv Sat LCD, telephone, air dryier and terrace with table and chairs.

In the same garden, on the right side of Dependance Harmony, is located the recent and modern construction Dependance Suite.
It’s a perfect structure too, located directly in from of the beach, within the closed off garden. It offers to our guests modern suites for families. This solution is perfect for guests that need an exclusive comfort.
We have three kinds of Dependance Suite:
Suite (45 sqm, 3-4 people)Ideal for families, it is composed by a living room of 20 sqm (possibility of two comfortable beds), a big double room, bathroom, big terrace with table and chairs, air conditioning, safe, Tv Sat LCD, telephone, air dryier, dining room with a small kitchen, refrigerator and access with electronic key.
Family suite (60 sqm, 4-5 people)For sure it’s one of the most exclusive rooms of the hotel, composed by living room of 20 sqm with double sofa/bed, a spacious double room, one room with two beds, two bathrooms, big terrace with table and chair, air conditioning, safe, Tv Sat LCD, telephone, air dryer, refrigerator and access with electronic key.
